Dr. Melonie Boone

Founder & CEO


Dr. Melonie Boone is a business psychologist, strategist, and global executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, guiding organizations through growth and transformation. As Founder and CEO of Boone Management Group, she partners with executives and organizations to align people, purpose, and performance by leveraging evidence-based practices in organizational psychology and human resources.


Her background includes senior leadership roles in corporate, nonprofit, and consulting environments, where she has successfully led large-scale strategic initiatives, culture transformation efforts, and executive assessment programs. Dr. Boone is widely recognized for her ability to help leaders build resilient, high-performing teams and create environments that foster engagement, accountability, and innovation.


She holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Law and Corporate Governance from Loyola University, an MBA, and a BBA in Human Resource Management. Dr. Boone is also the award-winning author of HEROic Leadership: The Secret to Building Stronger High Performing Teams Using Psychological Capital.

Dr. Yayra Tsikudo

Vice President, Operations & Administration, and Executive Advisor


Dr. Yayra Tsikudo is an expert in organizational psychology and an HR strategist specializing in leadership development, change management, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. As Vice President of Operations and Administration at Boone Management Group, she spearheads initiatives that bolster business strategy through talent management, culture enhancement, and performance improvement across the organization.


With a diverse background in human resources, consulting, coaching, and DEIA, Dr. Tsikudo brings a holistic, people-first perspective to driving business performance. She excels in guiding organizations through change, fostering inclusive, high-performing teams, and improving employee engagement and psychological safety.


Dr. Tsikudo earned her PhD in Business Psychology (I/O Track) and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

December Martin

Vice President, Client Experience and Executive Advisor


December Martin is an accomplished operations and client experience leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in business strategy, customer service, sales, and administration. As Vice President of Client Experience at Boone Management Group, she oversees strategic initiatives that enhance service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across all business functions.


Her background spans global communications, operations management, and process improvement in corporate, retail, and professional services environments. Known for her pragmatic and results-driven approach, December has led large-scale organizational initiatives including multi-million-dollar projects, process redesigns, and customer engagement programs that have consistently improved performance and strengthened brand reputation.


December studied Communications at The College of New Rochelle and has developed deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, leadership development, and marketing communications. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful experiences that drive long-term client and organizational success through an understanding of organizational psychology.

Cynthia Gay

Chief of Staff & Executive Advisor


Cynthia Gay is an accomplished administrator and philanthropic leader with more than 15 years of experience in education, nonprofit management, and organizational psychology. As Chief of Staff at Boone Management Group, she provides strategic oversight and operational leadership to advance mission-driven initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness through innovative business strategies.


Her background includes expertise in fundraising, grants administration, and policy analysis, along with strong leadership development in community engagement and board development. Cynthia has supported advisory roles at Weill Cornell Medicine, Washington University in St. Louis, and the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation, contributing to programs that strengthen education, research, and community well-being.


Cynthia is an EdD (ABD) in Education Administration at Teachers College, Columbia University, and a graduate of the Executive Education Program at Columbia Business School. She also holds master’s degrees from Teachers College and Loyola University Chicago.

Yolanda Macias

Vice President,  Advisory Services


Yolanda Macias is a bilingual People and Culture leader with over a decade of experience in human resources, learning and development, and organizational strategy. As a Fractional Learning & Development Officer with Boone Management Group, she assists organizations in designing inclusive learning strategies that align with their business strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and foster cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and growth.


Her expertise encompasses HR strategy, DEI integration, coaching, and data-driven workforce analytics across healthcare, education, and consulting industries. Renowned for translating insights into action, Yolanda has spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives that enhanced retention, culture, and leadership development. Her award-winning work in psychological safety and employee engagement has been acknowledged by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).


Yolanda holds dual Master’s degrees—one in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and another in Education from DePaul University. She is certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida and possesses a Coaching Certificate in the Leader Factor Coaching & Accountability Matrix.

Claudia Lewis

Strategy & Executive Advisor - Consultant


Claudia Lewis is a seasoned Strategic and Executive Advisor with over 20 years of experience in business strategy, helping leaders turn strategy into execution. She builds the systems, teams, and rhythms that enable organizations to scale efficiently and sustainably. Her background spans pharmaceuticals, technology, education, and mission-driven sectors, providing a unique blend of operational expertise and people-centered leadership that enhances leadership development.


As Principal of Claudia Lewis Consulting, LLC, she collaborates with executives to strengthen infrastructure, optimize operations, and integrate AI-driven tools into daily workflows. Her work emphasizes operational redesign, performance dashboards, and leadership enablement, driving clarity, efficiency, and measurable results.


Previously, Claudia held senior operational roles at Ichor Strategies, LSM Consulting, Teach For All, and the Wharton School, where she led large-scale transformation, process improvement, and talent development initiatives. Her clients include Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Allstate, Arena Pharmaceuticals, and Houghton Mifflin.


Claudia earned her BA in Psychology, focusing on organizational psychology, from Harvard University and an MBA in Education and Technology from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
