Our roots trace back to Complete Concepts Consulting, an HR and compliance advisory that helped small businesses and community organizations navigate growth with confidence. What began as practical, hands-on support quickly became a launchpad for broader impact, inspiring a new chapter: Boone Management Group.

Founded to integrate strategy, operations, and the science of leadership, Boone Management Group grew into a trusted partner to entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and corporate teams. We delivered structured plans, clear metrics, and on-the-ground coaching designed to unlock performance and accountability.

In 2015, Boone Management Group paused client work to make room for a wider journey of entrepreneurship and executive leadership. During that time, our team deepened real-world operating experience across multiple ventures, including the Boone family’s stewardship of Blue Havana Chicago, Blue Havana Clothing and the creation of B Ana Studios, a creative publishing company that brings real people's stories to life. We also authored research-backed thought leadership on positive leadership and psychological capital, and served in senior roles guiding global transformation, culture, and operations.
